Growing Inner Peace With Nature
Receive the Healing Power of Mother Nature
Discover a deeper relationship with self and cultivate peace in community.
Join a community seeking peace, connection to the Earth, and to the internal world of the self. Gift yourself time in nature to digest all the complexities of life, to resource and restore. Growing Inner Peace in Nature is an offering of space to explore the different parts of ourselves and receive the presence of nature. The group will incorporate regulation techniques such as sensory awareness, movement, mindfulness meditation, attunement and empathy. We are excited and grateful to embark on this journey with you moving towards self-compassion with the support of the natural world. Amidst the peaks and valleys of life, may we come together, come home to nature, and come closely to ourselves.
Whether you are new to mindfulness and spending time in nature, or you have been practicing for years, we welcome you. LGBTQIA2S+, BIPOC, neurodivergence, disability, age, and diversity in all of its forms are welcomed and encouraged.
